This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, with a shift pattern of days, afters, and nights from Monday to Friday (no weekends). Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical equipment and machinery
  • Ensure electrical equipment is maintained to high safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with the wider maintenance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in maintenance processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts (days, afters, nights)
  • A recognised electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
