Role: Marketing Executive– Ossett
Salary: £30-35K per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:15pm

Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a comprehensive service provider.
Marketing Executive is for a worldwide group of companies operating in the distribution of products, as well as providing the services of a marketing agency for external clients.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Group Marketing Manager, providing group support to various sister companies, strong organisational skills along with some database and analytical skills. It requires project management and communication skills along with a positive, proactive attitude to promote good teamwork.
This role reports directly to the Group Marketing manager and will require some travel to breakfast meetings, workshops and exhibitions.
In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of promotional items, from ordering, to keeping stock and sending to Area Sales Managers when needed
- Database management and analysis
- Writing creative briefs and briefing designers
- Proof reading company literature and documents
- Undertaking market research
- Content writing for PCN (industry magazine), press releases, blogs, website content, product descriptions
- Involvement in the creation, print and stock of printed literature. This includes liaising with printers and mailing houses
- Proactively contacting internal and external clients
- Project Management
- Account handling for the sister companies
- Organising Breakfast Meetings and Workshops
- Organise CPD points for customers after events
- Attending breakfast Meetings and Workshops – shared between both executives
- Assisting the Marketing Manager and Digital Executive in organising, coordinating and attending exhibitions
- Organise photography and videography when needed
- Maintenance of the Marketing area in the warehouse- keeping it tidy, before and after exhibitions.
- Management of department workload in absence of Marketing Manager
- Close liaison with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing Director
- In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required by the marketing department, to help the team

Qualifications and skills:
- Positive attitude to the team and your role
- Strong proof-reading skills and accountability
- Knowledge of social media and Google analytics
- Very proactive
- Good writing skills

- Knowledge of Podcast production

Additional Information:
- Travelling required for Exhibitions, Conferences and Workshops therefore a driving licence is ideal.
- Hours of work (38.75 hours per week) but can be extensive due to the nature of the role.
- Full time office based.
