Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join our team in Oswestry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to start immediately and work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Install reinforcement materials and pour concrete into formwork.
• Ensure all formwork structures comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Blue CSCS Card for Formwork.
• Must possess an IPAF or MEWP card.
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
