Electrical Supervisor (SMSTS) - WWTW Project

Location: Oswestry
Contract Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: 13/1/2025
Rate: 300/330 Per day Limited / CIS

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with SMSTS certification to join our team on a Water and Wastewater Treatment Works (WWTW) project in Oswestry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical work on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks to uphold site safety standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally on WWTW or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and site management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
