Salary:£11.50-£12.21p/h = £25,415-£26,984 p/a
Job Summary:

No prior experience is required, although the role would suit someone who enjoys working in an accuracy based administrative team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of physical documents for scanning, digitising these records with state of the art scanning machines and ensuring good quality of digital documents.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Preparing the physical files/boxes prior to scanning; this will include taking out staples, removing folds from pages etc.
- Digitisation: Use machines and their computer software to scan documents.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, checking for errors and inconsistencies, and indexing/data extracting when required.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality control measures to ensure images are scanned to specifications.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure data is stored securely.
- Housekeeping: Make sure areas are kept clean and tidy, as well as machines are well maintained.
Experience:
- Experience: Experience working as part of a team, as well as experience with computers. Experience in digitisation would be beneficial but definitely not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
