My client is seeking an experienced Senior ER Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on employee relations (ER) matters while maintaining a broad HR generalist focus. You'll work on a variety of ER cases, including complex investigations, while coaching and supporting managers to effectively manage their teams.

The Role

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Leading and managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coaching and guiding managers on ER issues to promote effective leadership and management.
  • Conducting and supporting key HR meetings and consultations.
  • Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to align with business objectives.
  • Updating and maintaining HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
  • Managing projects and providing flexible support across the HR function as required.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex ER cases, including investigations and disciplinary meetings.
  • Strong HR generalist knowledge, with a focus on employee relations.
