My client is seeking an experienced Senior ER Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on employee relations (ER) matters while maintaining a broad HR generalist focus. You'll work on a variety of ER cases, including complex investigations, while coaching and supporting managers to effectively manage their teams.
The Role
This pivotal role will involve:
- Leading and managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, with confidence and professionalism.
- Coaching and guiding managers on ER issues to promote effective leadership and management.
- Conducting and supporting key HR meetings and consultations.
- Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to align with business objectives.
- Updating and maintaining HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
- Managing projects and providing flexible support across the HR function as required.
