We are seeking a detail-orientated Events & Marketing Administrator to support a busy events and marketing team in Oswestry. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain valuable exposure within a leading service providers workplace.

Events & Marketing Administrator responsibilities:

  • Data entry tasks on Excel and bespoke system.
  • Managing enquiries that are received into the events inbox.
  • Answer calls into the Events Team helping clients with general enquiries.
  • Supporting the events team with any ad hoc event administration tasks that are required.
  • Assist the events team with any event packing and unpacking.


Candidate requirements
The successfully appointed Events & Marketing Administratorwill have the following:

  • IT literate
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
  • Good work ethic more important than experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised with a proactive manner
  • An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
