Join a dynamic and people-focused organisation as an HR Systems and Compliance Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping HR processes and ensuring best practices in policy, governance, and data management.

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Director, you will:

  • Lead HR Systems Management: Ensure the HR system is optimised, overseeing system configurations, reporting, accuracy, and troubleshooting.
  • Policy & Compliance Oversight: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and business needs.
  • Shared Services Leadership: Manage the HR administration and data processing team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate reports and insights on HR metrics, compliance, DE&I, and key business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and address HR shared service needs.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and consistency.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing a Shared Services or HR Operations team.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems and data management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and streamlining HR operations.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
