Are you an experienced HR Systems professional with a passion for delivering transformational change? We're looking for an HR System Implementation Lead to drive the successful rollout of a new HR and Payroll system within a leading manufacturing organisation.

The Role

As HR System Implementation Lead, you will be at the forefront of a major HR transformation, overseeing the full implementation of a new HR and Payroll system. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership - Manage the full project lifecycle from selection to go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and budgets are met.
  • Data Migration - Oversee the transition of data from legacy systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Process Optimisation - Ensure the system is configured to automate processes, improve compliance, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Training & Support - Deliver training to HR, Payroll, and operational teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting - Lead system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve any post-implementation issues.

About You

  • Proven experience in HR system implementation and project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Track record of delivering system transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement - ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with HRIS software.
  • Experience in automation, process improvement, and system testing.
