Monday Friday ( 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Are you an experience skilled machine operative seeking a new role within a new business? Our client are currently recruiting skilled machine operatives to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to increases in production, the team is expanding and therefore looking for an experienced, skilled machine operatives with a wide range of experience in machine operating, production operating and manufacturing. The main attribute our client is looking for is a willingness to learn, someone who is able to work to their own initiative and good attitude to work.

Performance Objectives

  • Troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys) and repairs to all deployed equipment.
  • Maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed.
  • Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
  • Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time.
  • Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.

Person Specification

  • Travel, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required.
  • Previous machine operating experience is required due to nature of the role.
  • Ability to work to own initiative.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
