Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in managing construction sites
- A strong background in leisure, hotel or luxury residential sectors
- Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously
- Previous successful experience in leading and motivation teams with a strong focus on delivering high quality results
- Excellent communication skills
