A Senior Credit Controller is sought for a family-owned business based in Otley.
The successful applicant will have a good track record of experience gained in business-to-business credit control.
The role will be full time office based in Otley, 9am - 5.30pm.
Key responsibilities and essential criteria:
- Responsible for the full credit control function, reporting to the Credit Manager.
- Management of our credit insurance policy.
- Processing new account applications which includes reading and interpreting financial information and credit checking accounts where appropriate.
- Monitoring of all credit limits.
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Dealing with DD cancellations and returns.
- Posting payments onto the ledger
- Excellent communication skills with a can do attitude.
Salary:
28,000 - 32,000
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
