- Create competitive leasing packages, optimise fleet management, and establish a high-performing leasing team.
- Oversee vehicle procurement, fleet maintenance, and asset utilisation to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and retail clients.
- Design tailored leasing solutions to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to establish a customer base and drive leasing volumes.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of leasing professionals.
- Set performance standards, provide continuous training, and foster a customer-focused, results-driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the leasing industry.
- Oversee budget planning, pricing strategies, and financial performance to meet profit targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive leasing sector, including fleet management, leasing agreements, and financial structures, ideally with commercial vehicles.
- Minimum of four years in a leadership role within vehicle leasing, fleet management, or the automotive industry, preferably with experience launching new operations or departments.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with expertise in presenting ideas and negotiating contracts

- Salary of £40,000 pa - £60,000 pa, plus bonus - depending on experience
