- Be a trained Pharmacist with relevant experience
- Have experience of working in or working alongside Primary and Urgent Care Services
- Have experience of leading a team
- Management qualification or relevant experience
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Good communication skills
- Confident IT skills
- CQC and regulatory knowledge
- Registered Manager or willing to become one with training
