What will you do?

Assist private client fee earners on a daily basis
Have lots of client contact both face to face and over the phone
Assist on a broad private client caseload to include:
- Elderly client services
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Basic Court of Protection work
Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation & Trusts)
Build your experience up to eventually having your own caseload

What will you need?

At least 1 year’s experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a law firm
Private Client experience
A willingness to get stuck in and a positive attitude
