We’re looking for a committed and compassionate Core Subjects Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Birmingham.

This full-time position, starting in September, offers the chance to work in a nurturing and supportive school where students with SEMH needs can thrive, with education designed to unlock their full potential.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) that resonate with students facing SEMH challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience in delivering core subjects.

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.

  • A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.

  • Excellent behaviour management skills and a commitment to restorative practices.
