Our client, a thriving contractor based on the outskirts of Redhill, is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all contractor compliance is up to date and meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing reference & DBS checks for contractors
  • Ensuring contractors hold the correct qualifications & certificates
  • Coordinating training to keep certifications up to date
  • Maintaining accurate records on the in-house CRM system (Matrix)
  • Processing and allocating purchase orders (POs) for training
  • Obtaining security & access passes to allow contractors to carry out work

Essential Experience:
  • Previous compliance or training administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, repetitive role
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
