Responsibilities
Developing and applying your technical knowledge through on the job training and formal qualifications.
Preparing audit working papers for the areas that you are involved.
Attending clients stocktakes and reporting findings.
Assisting more senior members of staff in other areas of the file.
Preparing notes to summarise your findings and recommendations for the senior's, manager's and partner's attention.
Posting the audit clients' trial balances into statutory accounts format and updating disclosures as necessary.
Utilizing accounting software to generate accurate reports for Managers, Partners, and clients.
Producing financial accounts in accordance with FRS 102 1A and FRS 105
Preparing basic corporation tax computations for clients.
Required:
1 years' UK audit &/or accounts practice experience.
Educated to A-Level (or equivalent standard) or higher e.g. degree. You must have a minimum of 3 A Levels at grades A, B, B or higher.
Strong aptitude for IT, specifically Excel.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
