- Conducting risk assessments and planning audit procedures to meet regulatory and firm standards.
- Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
- Analysing financial statements, identifying key areas for improvement, and providing insightful recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with accounting standards and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Collaborating with senior management and partners to develop audit strategies and drive business growth.
- At least four years of experience in public practice auditing, ideally at a mid to senior level.
- A solid understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in auditing software.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
