Role responsibilities- Leading the Business Tax Team, ensuring technical excellence and high standards of service delivery
- Managing a portfolio of large owner-managed businesses and SMEs across multiple sectors
- Acting as the day-to-day lead for the corporate tax team, overseeing workflows and ensuring compliance deadlines are met
- Providing expert tax advisory services, identifying tax efficiencies and strategic planning opportunities
- Running the compliance team, ensuring all corporate tax obligations are met accurately and on time
- Supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous professional development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted tax advisor
- Driving business development initiatives to expand the firm’s corporate tax service offering
- Keeping up to date with changes in corporate tax legislation and ensuring compliance across all client portfolios
