Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a specialist medical technology organisation based in Oxford to recruit a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will receive a salary of up to £65,000 along with other attractive benefits including a 20% bonus, private medical and hybrid remote working!

This role would be suitable for an 'up and coming' accountant who is looking for progression or a more experienced accountant. The employer is open to both qualified or qualified by experience profiles.

Primary responsibilities;

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in trial balances.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide variance analysis.
Support in cash flow forecasting and management.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

Key experience and attributes;

Strong technical accountant
ACCA/ACA Qualified or finalist. Would consider QBE
Dynamic and inquisitive individual
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator
Eager to develop your finance career
