FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are working with one of our established clients in Oxford to seek a proactive and experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations, oversee reporting, and drive performance while ensuring compliance. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with UK FRS & US GAAP.
  • Manage long-term financial planning and investor relations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
  • Oversee treasury management and cash flow optimisation.
About You
  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership, driving strategy and operational excellence.
  • Strong financial modelling, data analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Expertise in financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA qualified.
  • Experience scaling finance functions and using NetSuite is a plus.
