FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
We are working with one of our established clients in Oxford to seek a proactive and experienced Financial Controller to lead financial operations, oversee reporting, and drive performance while ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with UK FRS & US GAAP.
- Manage long-term financial planning and investor relations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee treasury management and cash flow optimisation.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership, driving strategy and operational excellence.
- Strong financial modelling, data analysis and forecasting skills.
- Expertise in financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience scaling finance functions and using NetSuite is a plus.
