As a Group Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our group financial reporting under IFRS. Reporting remotely to the Head of Group Reporting, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, making a tangible impact on the company’s financial transparency and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
  • Provide IFRS guidance, addressing complex accounting issues (Pan-European) and implementing new standards as required.
  • Work closely with regional finance teams, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Drive efficiencies and improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
  • Maintain robust financial reporting frameworks aligned with best practices and PE-backed company requirements.
About You:
  • ACA-qualified (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in group reporting and financial consolidation, ideally within a global or PE-backed software environment.
  • Deep expertise in IFRS, with a proactive approach to addressing and solving technical accounting challenges.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-working environment.
  • Comfortable with financial systems and tools, with the ability to adapt to new software and processes.
