Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple markets
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes
Provide strategic financial insights to support commercial decision-making
Lead and develop the finance team, driving efficiency and best practices
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Support business expansion, M&A activity, and investment decisions

About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
Proven track record in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within an international e-commerce, retail, or high-growth business
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with IFRS or UK GAAP
Commercially astute, with the ability to provide strategic financial guidance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
