Are you an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant with a strong track record in leading Finance Business Partnering teams and driving process improvement? A rapidly growing international not-for-profit is looking for an interim specialist to support their Finance team during an exciting period of change.

This organisation is dedicated to addressing some of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. Their work focuses on providing data-driven insights and solutions to empower companies, financial institutions, and governments to make more sustainable decisions.

Location: Oxford (1 day per week in the office)
Duration: 12-18 months
Day Rate: 450 per day (outside IR35)

Key Details about the Role:
The organisation has experienced significant growth in the past two years, expanding its team and operations. With this growth, the Finance team is seeking expert support to align with the organisation's increased scale and complexity.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Director of Finance and Operations to review and restructure the Finance Business Partnering team.
  • Improving and implementing processes and controls aligned with their newly implemented systems.
  • Introducing and enhancing systems for business planning and multi-year budgeting.
  • Providing limited support for year-end close (March) and audit preparation.
