Our client is a world-renowned, globally active non-profit/ charity.
Description
Supporting the year-end reporting process, including managing the production of statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors throughout the audit cycle, and supporting the Communications team in delivering the Annual Report and Accounts for Trustee approval.
Acting as the focal point and lead on ensuring audit recommendations are implemented before the next year's audit.
Managing the continuous improvement of our consolidated reports and various other audit reports.
Providing technical accounting advice and staying updated on potential SORP changes.
Supporting and enabling an appropriate cycle of financial reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee and Trustees) to ensure compliance with the Terms of Reference and delegation of authority.
Profile
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA).
Ideally ex-audit experience.
Experience of SORP ideal
Demonstrable experience delivering year end and/ or auditing a large not-for-profit organisation recently.
Job Offer
- Remote position offering a daily rate of £300 per day via Umbrella Company
