Description
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Carry out financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and system
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in management and financial accounting within a Not For Profit sector ( ideally the Education sector)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
