Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire are working with a prestigious organisation based in central Oxford who are looking for a strong Management Accountant to join the team imminently. This is a rolling temporary role with the oppurtunity to interview for the permanent position later down the line. This role is paying an hourly rate of £20.83per hour and offers flexible hours over a 36.5 hour working week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts, including detailed departmental budgets, balance sheets, and cashflow summaries.
- Oversee and analyse College research allocation budgets.
- Reconcile balance sheet areas and prepare final bank account reconciliations.
- Assist in the production of the College’s annual budget and long-term financial projections.
- Manage VAT quarterly submissions and liaise with HMRC.
- Support financial year-end processes and investment management.
They are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years accounting experience, AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified and happy to get stuck into a new system integration.
