Description
- Oversee and manage the implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Lead the Accounting & Finance team in Oxford.
- Develop and maintain internal control policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a successful audit process.
- Support the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Advise on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Profile
A successful Senior Group Systems Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in a leadership position within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Expertise in financial systems and process management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
