We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Cowley that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience to continue developing in a supportive environment! Offering up to £32,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a lead on all Accounts Payable duties
  • Being the point of contact between Shared Service accounts payable team, and the wider accounts team
  • Control process for additions and changes to supplier master data
  • Ensure accurate processing of all one-off BACS payment requests
  • Control monthly employee expenses
  • Review and post payroll journals
  • Support month end processes; balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
