Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a dynamic organisation based in Oxford to recruit a Trainee Accountant. The Trainee Accountant will receive a salary of up to £27,000 along with other attractive benefits including training and development opportunities!
This is a varied role and would be brilliant for an individual looking for their first role in finance!
Primary responsibilities;
- Using and maintaining the systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Raising invoices and sending them out to clients
- Maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Dealing with customer queries
- Managing online portals
- Taking customer payments over the phone
Key experience and attributes;
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Customer service skills, especially when dealing with customers in writing and on the phone
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
