- Serving as the main contact for office and employee support needs.
- Front-desk management, including welcoming visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Overseeing office supplies and studio purchasing needs.
- Providing administrative support, such as organising travel, managing files, controlling documents, and uploading files to the client portal.
- Assisting project leads with resource and financial management by updating internal systems.
- Overseeing facilities and assisting with office procedures.
- Scheduling and organising meeting spaces.
- Conducting new employee inductions and delivering health & safety information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong numerical skills and prior experience in office administration.
- Able to adapt and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a professional attitude.

- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
