Role

Nigel James Associates are working with a highly established and award-winning Financial Planning company based in the heart of Oxfordshire to recruit for a Client Administrator to join the business.

Requirements

Our client is seeking somebody that is an experienced Client Administrator. You would have at least 2 years plus administration experience working within an IFA practice or Wealth Management company. You will work on full administration support to the Paraplanning and Financial Planning team which will include client review documentation, scheduling client meetings, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, reconciliation, diary management, general administration duties along with answering the phones. You must excellent communication skills. be able to work independently as well as collaboratively and have the ability to multitask.
