An new additional role with this great company for a  skilled Financial Administrator required with a minimum of 3 years skills (or ideally 5 years) in an IFA Admin Role for certain and you must have the IO system skills.  Really lovely company and great opportunity in Oxford.  They may allow some remote days too and a salary up to 35k. 

If you are skilled The role is for a VERY SKILLED FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR WITH PENSIONS AND INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS and great skills in supporting the Financial Advisors and the CLIENT BANK FOLLOW UP WITH MESSAGES AND FOLLOW UPS LINKED TO YOUR SKILLED FINANCIAL ADMIN THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO YOU BY THE ADVISORS, FOR YOU messaging and following up with the client bank and a strong skill as outlined in FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SKILLS. 

YOU MUST ALSO COVER FOR COLLEAGUES IF ABSENT AND CARRY OUT REASONABLE TASKS THAT ARE REQUIRED BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM LINKED TO THE FINANCIAL SERVICES BUSINESS.

FOR HIGHLY SKILLED FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR THE SALARY IS UP TO 35K AND THEY MAY ALLOW UP TO 3 REMOTE DAYS WHICH IS WONDERFUL. 

YOU MUST HAVE THE SKILLS FOR THIS WONDERFUL ROLE FOR CERTAIN IN ORDER TO COME FORWARD ALSO IN ADDITION IT IS IMPORTANT YOU ARE ABLE TO REPORT ERRORS AND OMISSIONS TO THE COMPLIANCE MANAGER AND REPORT ANY COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPLIANCE MANAGER AND REPORT ANY FC/AML MATTERS TO THE RISK MANAGER IN THE BUSINESS. 

THE GREAT CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS SKILLS LINKED TO THIS ROLE IN A FINANCIAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATIVE UNDERSTANDING OF PROCESS AND PRODUCTS LINKED TO THE ROLE. 

ALSO WITH EXPERIENCE IN IO SYSTEM (INTELLIGENT OFFICE) AND MICHROSOFT WHICH WILL BE ESSENTIAL. 

IT IS A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY ANDY COMPANY AND AS OUTLINED YOU MUST HAVE THE SKILLS REQUIRED LINKED TO FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORTING THE FINANCIAL ADVISORS AND PARAPLANNERS ALONG WITH THE CLIENT BANK YOU WOULD BE MESSAGING AND FOLLOW UP THE EMAIL SET UPS FOR THE TEAMS. 

EVEN THOUGH YOU WILL HAVE SOME REMOTE DAYS YOUY MUST BE ABLE TO STEP INTO THE OFFICE IN OXFORD AND BE LINKED FAIRLY CLOSE TO THIS AREA.

Experience/Knowledge REQUIRED:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a financial planning Administration role
  • Previous experience in a related role using IO will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and products linked to administration for your role
  • Able to work within defined business processes.
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Prioritise and plan own workload.
  • Detailed and accurate.
  • Organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and IO skilled as outlined
