The Opportunity
As the NPI Engineer you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between R&D and Manufacturing, ensuring the seamless introduction of new products. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

What's required of the NPI Engineer?
- Educated to a degree level within a relevant discipline, such as Engineering or Electromechanical Assembly
- Commercial experience in new product introduction or process engineering, designing and testing complex high-technology products
- Experience working with CAD Software, if this has been SolidWorks even better!
- Project Management experience would really set your application apart
- Happy with occasional travel both UK and international
