Job Title: Part III Architect

Company Overview: My client is a dynamic, forward-thinking architectural practice known for delivering innovative and sustainable designs across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, educational and mixed-use projects. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a talented and driven Part III Architect with strong Revit skills to join our collaborative and growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and technical development for various projects from concept through to delivery.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to achieve project goals.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, and specifications using Revit.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Oversee and support junior team members in project delivery.
Manage the coordination of design across multiple disciplines.
Contribute to project meetings and client presentations.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Qualified Part III Architect with RIBA (or equivalent) accreditation.
1 year minimum post qualification experience.
Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation.
Experience in delivering projects from design through to construction.
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in project management and coordination.
Familiarity with other software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Commertial / Residential / Educational project experience.
