A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a pre-construction manager to join a leading name in the timber frame sector. We have worked with this well-established company for many years, in this role you'll be at the forefront of project delivery - ensuring a seamless flow of technical information between clients and the design team.

As a Pre-Construction Manager you will:

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for key clients and design professionals.
  • * Translate architect's drawings and client briefs into clear, accurate design instructions.
  • Coordinate internal design and technical activities, including compliance with HSEQ and CDM regulations.
  • Support project planning, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed.
  • Monitor project specification, ensuring clarity and consistency across all documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of timber frame construction and manufacturing processes.
  • Solid experience in the construction industry, ideally within a technical or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of design and detailing.
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
