Role Overview:As an Associate Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design, coordinating the design team, and managing contract administration for assigned projects. You will engage in key commercial activities and business development, utilizing your specialist skills in building science and technology to deliver innovative and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and manage the design process from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all project requirements.
  • Engage in key commercial activities, including client management and business development.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting technical competency in both BIM and Revit.

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years of professional practice post-ARB certification.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent client relationships and develop future business opportunities.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in CAD, REVIT, and BIM, including 3D graphics and presentation software (training will be provided as needed).
  • Advanced skills in REVIT and AutoCAD (training will be provided as needed).
  • Experience with BIM Level 2 (training will be provided as needed).

Educational Requirements and Professional Qualifications:

  • First and Second degrees (amounting to exemption from RIBA Parts I & II) and RIBA Part III or equivalent.
  • ARB Certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for developing design and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding and thorough business knowledge of the architectural field.
