Our client is a leading construction and fit-out specialist, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With their strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Oxford on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct and lead project meetings with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Direct and support site teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and performance.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on fit-out or similar projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and project documentation.
- Ability to run and lead meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
