Mechanical Director - Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire - 80 - 100K + Package

Human Capital Solutions are working exclusively with a Building Services Consultancy in Oxfordshire to find them a Mechanical Director. As an established business, they have an excellent reputation and track record with Oxfordshire and a loyal network of clients.

They are looking for a Mechanical Director to take over the day to day running of the Mechanical team and lead the delivery of projects. They are looking for someone who takes pride in every aspect of their work, someone who is passionate about mentoring and developing staff; someone who is actively involved in improving the built environment.

As a Mechanical Director you'll help develop and shape their Oxfordshire office and split your time evenly across project leadership and management of the mechanical team.

You'll use your excellent communication and listening skills to maintain and develop, client relationships and lea the team.

They do offer and encourage hybrid working, and their formal policy is three days a week in the office and two days from home.

Requirements

  • Currently working as a Mechanical Associate Director, or Mechanical Director.
  • At least 10+ years working in a consultancy
  • A good network of contacts; and a good reputation within the built environment.
  • Have seen a variety of projects through, from concept to construction.

They are specifically looking for a Mechanical Director who enjoys managing and developing people; and promoting a positive culture within the team.

They are open to someone who is currently working in the local Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Berkshire regions; or someone who wants to relocate to Oxfordshire. The key thing is that you have a track record in leading and developing people and leading projects.
