Sales Specialist - Fall Protection
Location - You will be coverting the South West of the UK area, locations such as - Oxford, Gloucester, Wales, Swindon
Salary - 50K-55K total planned income

Your responsibilities in the role
- Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan.
- Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan.
- Work with end customers to advise and promote company Fall Protection Solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
- Develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors
- Ensure accurate communication of product updates and development
- Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where
- required.
- Identify and share leads with company colleagues for products/solutions outside core specialism.
- Develop and maintain market, industry and product knowledge.
- Collect and disseminate (internally) market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate and up to date data within a CRM system and other appropriate systems.
- Ensure all administration /planning is accurate and completed on time and in full.
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both externally and internally
- A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data.
- Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
- Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions.
- Tenacious, and resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective.
