Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal and external technical expert on battery cell technology.
- Evaluate and analyze state-of-the-art battery cell technologies and products.
- Design and execute test plans to validate cell performance and safety.
- Conduct detailed data analysis and physical assessments of battery cells.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure project delivery and development of cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A qualification in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis using MATLAB.
- Knowledge and experience in battery cell technologies and testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
