Our client, a reputable company based in Horspath, South Oxfordshire, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering high volume invoices onto SAGE Lin 50
  • Reconciling Accounts
  • Assist with payroll processing, including ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and tax payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or Administrator as training will be provided.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them to daily tasks.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
