- Loading exhaust components into robots for assembly.
- Making note of how many components have been loaded.
- Quality control of components.
- Removing exhausts from assembly robot into tolerance jig (average 30 per hour).
- Leak testing exhaust systems.
- TIG welding of exhausts systems where leak test has failed (where welding ability is satisfactory)
- Sequencing exhaust into correct order for delivery to assembly line.
- Following high standards and company procedures.
- Spot checks, quality assurances and self-inspection of the standard of welds.
- Undertaking all other production and warehouse tasks as required.
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures to strict guidelines.
- Have experience in a production, assembly or factory-based role.
- Be physically fit to be able to sustain the level of physical demand required.
- Have a good understanding of the English language - Both written and verbal.
- Have a basic understanding of mathematics - Important for the reporting of components used.
- Be reliable and punctual - Due to the nature of this role, reliability and punctuality is paramount.
