Lead Business Analyst, Business Transformation

As part of a significant digital transformation programme within this household name charity, an experienced, Lead Business Analyst is required to play a leading role to drive my client to become one of the most digitally and data advanced international non-government organisations in the world.

The Role

Working in a sector that is truly rewarding, The Lead Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop agreed strategy into clear project scope, business requirements and technical requirements.  Line managing a team of Business Analysts - both permanent staff and contractors - the Lead Business Analyst will plan resources to meet programme & project needs and will develop the organisation's business analysis capability to meet the needs of an ambitious transformation programme.

What do I need?

  • Substantial Business Analysis experience, gained within large, complex organisations
  • Experience of leading/managing a team of Business Analysts
  • Previous involvement within significant transformation programmes would be advantageous
