This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, define the paraplanning function, and help shape the future of a boutique financial planning practice.

- Define the Paraplanning Function: Build processes, manage back-office systems (Intelligent Office), and ensure smooth operations.
- Support Adviser Success: Produce high-quality suitability reports, conduct research, and maintain compliance standards.
- Drive Investment Strategy: Collaborate on strategy development, cash flow modelling (TimelineTech), and Investment Committee participation.
- Diploma-qualified in Financial Planning (working toward Advanced Diploma is a bonus!).
- At least 2 years of paraplanning experience with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and life products.
- Confident communicator with exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
