Team Coordinator (Philanthropy Writing)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Team Coordinator (Philanthropy Writing) based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.

Team Coordinator (Philanthropy Writing) Responsibilities

This Team Coordinator (Philanthropy Writing) role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating and proofreading important comms across both print and digital;
  • Liaising with designers and suppliers in relation to the necessary materials and outputs required;
  • Managing a schedule of activities for the team and coordinating the distribution of comms to the relevant audiences;
  • Supporting with tools across multiple platforms;
  • Ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to;
  • Being the first point of contact for all queries via phone and email;

You will be self-motivated, organised and good at time management and relationship building and a good understanding of the educational sector is desirable.

This is a full-time, permanent position. The post holder will be based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.

Whilst this is a full-time post, our clients will consider applications from candidates who wish to work 4 days per week. Please confirm this when applying for the role.
