Proven experience in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services)Strong track record in Contract & Supplier ManagementFull UK Driving Licence - essential for site travelUnderstanding of compliance, audits, inspections, and emergency planningCommercial mindset with experience managing project works and spend approvalsExperience in multi-site property or public estate settings preferred

Project Management experienceMembership or commitment to MIWFM/CIWFM or MRICS

You must be within commutable distance of Oxford. This is a hands-on operational role with regular site visits.
