Sonic Summary

Vanta Staffing is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for a client in the Oxford area.
Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent HGV driving experience (Cat C+E).
The salary for this position is £18 per hour for days and £19 per hour for nights.
The role involves trunking work with 2-3 runs per shift, and requires a valid CPC and digi tacho, with no more than 6 points on the driving license.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at either 05:00 am or 17:00 pm, with ongoing work available.

Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Oxford area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
Be able to complete 2-3 runs - Day work / Trunking work - Nights
Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Details:

Salary: £18ph - Days / £19ph - Nights
Working hours: Monday to Friday (05.00 am start) or (17.00 start)
Location: Oxford
Duration: Ongoing work

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

Complete trunking runs; trailer swapping will be involved - Nights
Collections and delivery work (2-3 runs) - Days
Complete vehicle checks
Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
