Position; Chef de Partie
Location; Oxford
Salary; 26,000 - 30,000 per annum
About the role;
Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Oxford area who are looking for a Chef de Partie. You would be joining a team of other chef's and working as part of a larger kitchen team to ensure all standards are maintained relating to food hygiene, customer satisfaction, profit margins, health & safety and COSHH.
Responsibilities;
- Assisting in both the preparation and service of the restaurant menu daily as well as helping with the production of other products such as quiches, scotch eggs and homemade ready meals to sell.
- Working on the pass, plating meals to a high standard.
- Conferences, private functions and themed events to cater for on a pre-booked basis from a selection of menu packages or bespoke menus
- The shift pattern would be on a any 5 in 7 shift pattern but 1 in 3/4 weekends and rarely any sundays. This role would suit a Chef looking to achieve a better work life balance

Essential experience;
- Chef: 1 year
- Full UK Driving Licence
